Science supports the Co-Active Model
«Harvard Medical School affiliate maps science to Co-Active Coaching»
“CTI is the international gold standard in coach training. The Co-Active model is developed from in-depth studies from Positive Psychology.
We believe that as executive, health and personal coaches begin to master and transmit the messages and tools of coaching, more people and organizations will increasingly recognize its value and usefulness.
It is exciting to see how by connecting science and theory with the spirit and practice of coaching, all aspects of life improve. In the future, science will continue to demonstrate why CTI’s Co-Active model produces extraordinary results.”

Founder and Director of the Institute Of Coaching (IOC) and Faculty of Harvard Medical School for over 25 years.
The Co-Active Coaching curriculum is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) , approved by the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and awarded a European Quality Award (EQA) by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) .

Methodology
Our coaching school’s 100% experiential methodology ensures that students not only acquire theoretical knowledge but also develop practical, real-world skills. We are convinced that the best learning occurs through practice, and we are committed to providing training that prepares our students to be exceptional coaches from day one.
How do we do it?
Active participation
Our students are actively involved in all sessions. Each module is based on the execution of practical exercises that allow the application of theoretical concepts in real situations.
Role playing
We use role-playing practices to simulate coaching scenarios. This helps students practice and hone their skills in a safe and controlled environment.
Continuous feedback
Feedback is an essential part of our learning process. Students receive immediate and constructive feedback from instructors and peers to continually improve.
Real projects
Students work on real projects from the beginning. This not only gives them practical experience, but also allows them to see the real impact of their coaching skills.
Live Coaching Sessions
We include live coaching sessions where students can observe and analyze techniques and approaches in real time, learning directly from practice.
Self-assessment and reflection
We encourage self-assessment and ongoing reflection. Students analyze their own progress, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate their achievements.
