This program is the definitive step in your training process. It prepares you to obtain the CPCC (Co-Active Professional Certified Coach) accreditation that accredits you internationally as a member of this important organization, CTI.

Your accreditation with ICF Level 2 allows you to subsequently obtain the ACC or PCC credentials from this regulatory agency, always depending on the number of hours of professional coaching completed and complying with ICF rates and requirements. You can find out about accreditations here .

Program development
This program is developed as follows:
- 13 group video conferences led by the CPL (Training Leader).
- 9 triad (group) video conferences.
- 6 individual supervision video conferences during the six months of certification with two different supervisors.
- 3 group supervision video conferences.
Duration
6 – 12 MONTHS
This is a 25-week program. After week 25, students have 30 days to complete all assignments. The 100 hours of coaching must be completed within one year.

We recommend dedicating at least 3-5 hours per week to the certification. You will have a 90-minute Zoom call, 30-90 minutes of exercises and assignments, and 1-2 hours of coaching your own clients.

Royal Coaching Triads
Participants form triads to conduct coaching sessions on real topics. This facilitates collaborative learning and allows them to experience both the role of coach and client, providing a complete perspective of the coaching process.
Paying Clients and Real Coaching Sessions
Getting started with clients, offering real coaching sessions is a fundamental practice to develop the confidence and competence necessary for a successful professional practice.
Reading and Reflection Exercises
Relevant readings and reflective exercises are assigned and are designed to stimulate critical thinking and self-assessment, essential elements for personal and professional development.
Personalized Supervisions
Each participant receives personalized supervision and feedback from experienced coaches with the goal of improving their skills and addressing any challenges they may encounter during the coaching process.

Registration and accreditation requirements
People who wish to take the CTI Certification must have previously completed the Co-Active Coaching Program.
To register, people who are taking the Process or Synergy modules of the Co-Active Coaching Core Curriculum can do so.
The Certification can only be started once the student has successfully completed the Core Curriculum of the training and has obtained the accrediting diploma.
Registration requirements
- Commitment to personal and professional growth. People who wish to participate in this program must have a passion for personal and professional development, both for themselves and for others.
- Openness and willingness to learn. This program requires openness and a willingness to learn. Our experiential methodology is designed to equip you with all the necessary skills, regardless of your current level of experience.
- Responsible and collaborative attitude It is essential to have a responsible and collaborative attitude that guarantees your own experience and that of other people registered. This means:
- Personal responsibility. Be aware of your own commitments (exercises, punctuality, attendance, practices…) and take the initiative to fulfill your responsibilities in the program.
- Active Collaboration: We foster a learning environment where mutual support and teamwork are essential. Therefore, it is important that participants are willing to share their knowledge, offer help to their peers and collaborate in group exercises.
- Ethics and professionalism . It is essential to maintain an ethical and professional attitude and conduct in all interactions. This includes respecting confidentiality, showing empathy and understanding towards others, and adhering to the principles and values of the Coach Code of Ethics according to the ICF criteria.
Requirements for accreditation
There are several requirements for obtaining CPCC accreditation, including passing the final oral exam.

Professional Certification in Co-Active Coaching (CPCC)
Unit amount with the right to take the oral exam: €6,685
Base Certification Program with up to 8% bonus for hiring and single payment: €6,150.20
*REQUISITE: Be enrolled in the Core Curriculum or have recently completed it.
Available bonuses
* Bonuses are not cumulative.
- Bonus with up to 10% for Certification for contracts with a single payment. Students must be taking Level 2 of Co-Active Coaching.
