This course is ideal for anyone who wants to transform their leadership style, learn to be more creative and effective, and develop a more collaborative and empowering approach in their professional and personal environment.
Today’s leaders must be agile, collaborative, and most importantly, relationship-centric, able to connect with, engage with, and empower their direct reports.
This course aims to rediscover the different dimensions of leadership that exist in people to promote a greater connection with oneself and thus achieve a greater impact on others.

The methodology is 100% experiential. This ensures that students not only acquire theoretical knowledge but also develop practical and applicable skills in the real world. We believe that the best learning happens through practice, and we are committed to providing training that prepares our students to be exceptional coaches from day one.
For this reason, during these 3 days of training, numerous live exercises, practices, coaching role-plays, live coaching practices will be carried out and students will receive continuous feedback.
This training explores the different dimensions of leadership that exist within each of us. These dimensions are coordinated with each other and emerge depending on what is necessary at each moment to be more effective in achieving our objectives.

You are a leader even when you are holding space for others. There are times when it is best to empower other people and spark their brilliance by listening deeply, asking powerful questions, and acknowledging them. The answers to life’s most important questions do not live outside of us. In this context, great coaches know that the answers lie within the person they are serving.
No Co-Active leader goes it alone. Co-leading with another person is a wonderful dance that is a consciously designed partnership around a shared vision and intention. The intimacy in the relationship creates space for creativity in the moment that neither leader could imagine alone, nor plan for. Co-leadership is compelling, rich, and dimensional.

When you slow down and expand your sensory awareness, you can access your imagination, intuition, and insight. The information you receive can serve as a valuable tool to inform your heart, thoughts, and actions.
