Relational Intelligence - A roadmap for change -

This course provides a robust set of tools to increase emotional resilience in the face of change. You will also learn a set of skills that helps clients cope with difficult circumstances with dignity and wisdom, moving from Emotional Intelligence and Social Intelligence to Relationship Systems Intelligence.

Requirements: Have completed Fundamentals.

What you will learn:

  • You will internalize a completely new model for coaching organizations, teams, couples and individuals based on Arnold Mindell’s “Process Work.”
  • To integrate systems intelligence from multiple channels (visual, auditory, proprioceptive, kinesthetic, relational, environmental) to successfully manage change.
  • Change management theory to create the basic conditions for team and organizational resilience
  • To master coaching techniques to delve deeper into and manage emotionally intense issues in both organizational and intimate relationships.
  • To identify and reduce highly negative conflict styles and team toxins.
  • To support your clients in change and development initiatives, as well as facilitate intentional and responsible conversations.
Systems Geography - Roles and structure -

The Geography course is the third in the ORSC™ series. Geography offers a broad and practical approach to working with many of the functional structures of relational systems. When we develop relationships—at work or in our personal lives—we create semi-permanent structures. This course explores how to recognize and nurture those structures.

Requirements: Having completed Intelligence.

What you will learn:

  • You will understand the role of relationship structures, (e.g., external and internal roles) in providing stability to relational systems of all kinds.
  • To recognize the need for periodic change in these structures to avoid “role nausea” and role rigidity over time.
  • To work on diversity through a concrete model and tools to work on problems in relationships (My land, Your land, Our land). This will make it easier for you to use these techniques in personal and organizational settings.
  • To be able to evaluate the role of the internal aspects of the self (secret selves) in relationships and have a tool to coach them.
  • Be aware of the impact of cultural biases on relational systems and have concrete tools to train empathy in order to impact systems. You will practice these tools through personal and organizational scenarios.
  • You will have tools to create greater empathy around individual and organizational differences, and be able to creatively leverage those differences.
Trajectory - Vision and Potential -

It focuses on partnerships as a creative force, while exploring how to create a shared vision and strategic plan to achieve that vision. Relationships are inherently generative, producing something unique the moment two or more people come together. What is created can be feelings, stories, plans or ideas. It can be something as mundane as a to-do list or as deep as a baby. In this course you will focus on partnerships as a creative force and examine concepts such as the Trajectory of a Relationship, Quantum Physics, and Dreams.

Requirements: Having studied Geography.

What you will learn:

  • You will understand the theory and application of the Three Levels of Reality and how they are critical to the healthy functioning of relationship systems.
  • You will be able to discover and train the conscious and unconscious fears that impact relational behaviors and expectations (Maximum/Minimum Dream).
  • You will learn the theory to identify the deep meaning of each relational system and you will have the tools to help clients access it (Relationship Myth).
  • You will understand the function of a relational myth as a guiding structure for relationships of all kinds and the need for the myth to change over time.
  • You will be provided with tools to work with myth and myth change and have the opportunity to practice these tools with personal and organizational scenarios.
  • You will have a tool to create conscious and intentional emotional fields that support specific coaching situations (The Wheel of Metaskills™).
Systems Integration - Moving Towards Mastery -

Systems Integration is the last course in the ORSC™ curriculum. This advanced course provides a learning space where you can practice the skills acquired in all the previous courses. This course integrates the dimensions of Intelligence, Geography, and Trajectory through practice, group supervision, a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of the model, and lots of practice.

Requirements: Have completed Trajectory.

What you will learn:

  • You will have learned and practiced individual tools, combined skill sets to address a variety of scenarios, and mastered MetaSkills.
  • You will have deepened your understanding of the relational dimensions of Intelligence, Geography, and Trajectory, and their different contributions to ORSC.
  • You will have practiced integrating the skills and tools of Intelligence, Geography, and Trajectory so that they can be used seamlessly and flexibly as the situation demands.
  • You will have increased your confidence as an ORSC coach, consultant, therapist or counselor.
  • You will have added new tools and practical skills to your coaching toolkit.

After completing the 4 modules that make up the Advanced Courses of the ORSC Program, the student will obtain a Diploma of Competence with the recognition of the 72 hours accredited by ICF corresponding to the ICF ASCTH level.

All courses are led by CRR Global instructors. They are highly qualified and experienced coaching professionals who will share with you real-life examples of the successful application of the tools and skills.
