Fundamentals of
of Team Coaching and Relational Systems
What does the Fundamentals module consist of?
This two-day experiential course will provide you with the skills and operational foundations necessary to become familiar with Systems Coaching. The systems approach gives coaching or facilitation the ability to transform in real time the culture that a group of people develops by being together. In the words of ORSC, it “allows the system to reveal itself” and helps the system navigate change safely.
You will learn about the ORSC model. You will explore the differences between coaching yourself or coaching a system, the “Third Entity” (the relationship itself). You will gain extensive experience using systems coaching in both real and imaginary cases and in different environments, including organizations, companies, families, sports teams or couples of any kind.

Our coaching school’s 100% experiential methodology ensures that students not only acquire theoretical knowledge but also develop practical, real-world skills. We are convinced that the best learning occurs through practice, and we are committed to providing training that prepares our students to be exceptional coaches from day one.
How do we do it?
Active participation
Our students are actively involved in all sessions. Each module is based on the execution of practical exercises that allow the application of theoretical concepts in real situations.
Role playing
We use role-playing practices to simulate coaching scenarios. This helps students practice and hone their skills in a safe and controlled environment.
Continuous feedback
Feedback is an essential part of our learning process. Students receive immediate and constructive feedback from instructors and peers to continually improve.
Live Coaching Sessions
We include live coaching sessions where students can observe and analyze techniques and approaches in real time, learning directly from practice.
Self-assessment and reflection
We encourage self-assessment and ongoing reflection. Students analyze their own progress, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate their achievements.
Fundamentals
The ORSC program is divided into 3 levels. Fundamentals is the first module of the 5 that make up the first 2 levels.
Each group, team, or association is more than just a collection of individuals. You will learn to see the Third Entity as your client, rather than each individual, drawing on the combined experiences and wisdom that make up this unique and independent entity.
Think of a DTA as the “rules of the game” that the person, team, or organization you mentor sets for themselves with your guidance. This creates co-responsibility for outcomes and determines how the relationship system addresses challenges.
You will learn to set boundaries and limitations while focusing on your clients’ common interests.
Through an exercise called Informal Constellations, you will practice constellating a system by revealing the roles and positions each team member has, directing growth into the future.
You will learn how to craft a narrative with your client that resonates deeply and charts a course for change.
Toxins are a problem that pertains to teams and relationships. Knowing how to spot and address them will lead to more conscious and intentional relationships.
Establish guidelines for moments of tension and conflict that allow for a different impact.
