A group of people united by a common goal constitutes by definition a team.

The way in which this team is organized and the actions and structures that it must develop to achieve this objective will be the visible part of the process.

In parallel with the construction of this visible body, an analogous process begins to develop. A process that will not depend so much on the rules but on the way in which these are transmitted, understood and carried out by each of its members. And that part, usually not agreed upon, so to speak, invisible, will be decisive when it comes to meeting the objectives efficiently and carefully .

How to share information that is not available?

The ORSC Organizational and Relational Systems Coaching program develops a methodological basis, tools and dynamics that allow the facilitator or coach to access that invisible body, the culture of the organizational or relational system and make it explicit, so that the people who comprise it become aware of its impact and responsibility.
