Henry Kimsey-House’s Legacy in Co-Active Coaching

It is with deep sadness that we say goodbye to Henry Kimsey-House, co-founder of the Co-Active Coaching model and a pivotal figure in the development of the coaching profession.

His legacy goes far beyond a methodology. Henry helped develop a way of understanding leadership, relationships, and human development based on a deeply inspiring conviction: people are, by nature, creative, whole, and resourceful.

Henry Kimsey-House helped shape a methodology that has marked the journey of thousands of coaches, leaders and professionals in more than 120 countries. Because training in Co-Active Coaching goes far beyond acquiring tools and integrating new skills. It is an experience that invites you to stop, listen to yourself more deeply and discover new ways of being in the world.
