Module 3 – ORSC Systems Geography

Course Outline

In this three-day module you will explore the roles, paradoxes and diversity of the relationship. It deals with the usual structures of the relationship: roles and cultural influences.

Coaching the geography of the system is to work creatively with external roles (operational function of the relationship), internal roles (emotional function of the relationship), secret roles (hidden personality traits that can be triggered in the relationship), and ghost papers (invisible presences that affect the relationship).
