  • CONDITIONS FOR Co-Active

    • Once this form has been completed and sent to info@greenlightgo.es), the place will be assigned to the holder, who will receive a pre-registration form via e-mail, with the data related to the call, the amount to be paid and the account in which to make the deposit.
    • The award of the place will be final at the moment in which the entry of the registration amount is accredited by sending the entry document to Green Light Go.
    • If after the ten calendar days of the pre-registration period, the corresponding income has not been received, the place will be available again to another participant who may need it.
    • CO-ACTIVE Coaching Fundamentals courses require a non-refundable deposit of € 250 to be paid at the time of enrollment.
    • CO-ACTIVE Coaching intermediate series courses require a non-refundable deposit of € 500 to be paid at the time of registration.
    • The rest of the amount of the course must be paid 30 days before the start of the course.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Cancellation or refund requests must be requested via e-mail to info@greenlightgo.es
    • For cancellation requests received 30 or more days before the start day of the course for which the cancellation is requested: the amount paid will be refunded except the non-refundable deposit.
    • For cancellation requests received between 29 and 15 days before the start day of the course for which the cancellation is requested: 50% of the payment made will be paid.
    • For cancellation requests received less than 15 days before the start day of the course for which the cancellation is requested: no amount will be refunded.
    • Green Light Go reserves the right to cancel courses. In the event of cancellation of a course by Green Light Go, it will proceed to refund the amounts paid by the participants as the price of the training in full. Green Light Go is not responsible for additional costs for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.

    REQUEST TO CHANGE THE DATES OF A COURSE:

    Participants may request to participate in the same course on different dates than the ones they originally registered for.

    • For requests to participate in the same course on different dates received up to 25 days before the start of the course: changes in the course completion date will be accepted and a € 50 management fee will be applied.
    • For requests to participate in the same course on different dates received less than 25 days before the start of the course, the participant will incur a cost equivalent to 50% of the amount of the deposit paid at the time of booking the course, as well as a management fee of € 50.
    • The course must be carried out within 1 year of the date initially chosen to take the course. After this date, payments are considered lost and without any rights in favor of the initially enrollee.
    • Requests to request a change to the same course on different dates should be addressed by e-mail to info@greenlightgo.es.
