Bonuses
Discounts are not cumulative. In the event that more than one bonus is awarded, the one with the highest value will always be applied.
Conditions for Co-Active Coaching and ORSC
Booking conditions
- Registration for the place will be final upon receipt of confirmation of the same from GREEN LIGHT GO LEADERSHIP & CULTURE, SL (hereinafter: GREEN LIGHT GO).
- Registrations for modules are definitively assigned to the student at the time when payment of the registration fee for the module, the reservation or, in the case of split payment, the amount corresponding to the first due date is confirmed.
- Reserved places will be made available again to another potential participant if GREEN LIGHT GO does not receive the corresponding payment within the period indicated in the proposal.
- Places on Fundamentals modules (both Co-Active Coaching and ORSC) can be confirmed by paying a €150 reservation fee, which is refundable only in the event of cancellation or postponement of the module (Exception: See section “Cancellation Policy”). The amount paid in advance as a reservation fee will be deducted from the total price of the module.
- To confirm registration for the intermediate modules (both Co-Active Coaching and ORSC) it is necessary to pay the amount of the modules in full, the corresponding instalment payment or make a place reservation of € 100 per module. This amount will only be refundable under the cases already mentioned in the previous point (See section “Cancellation policy”).
- The remaining amount(s) for the module(s) or the contracted program must be paid 20 days before the start date of the module.
- Payment of the remaining amount of the module or the corresponding fraction, in the event that your contract has been made through split payment, must be made according to the payment plan indicated in the proposal.
Hiring bonuses
- If you have made a reservation payment for a place, the remaining amount must be paid at least 20 days before the start of the contracted module.
- The contracting of the complete series for a single payment of the Co-Active Coaching programs (Modules: Foundations, Fulfillment, Balance, Process, Synergy) or ORSC (Modules: Foundations, Relational Intelligence, Systems Geography, Relationship Trajectory, Systems Integration) is subsidized with up to 10%.
- The joint and one-time payment of the higher modules of Co-Active Coaching (Fullness, Balance, Process, Synergy) or ORSC (Relational Intelligence, Systems Geography, Trajectory of Relationships, Systems Integration) is subsidized with 5%.
Cancellation policy
- Requests for cancellation of completed registrations or refunds must be submitted by email to your academic advisor.
- Cancellation requests received 30 days or more before the start date of the module or training cycle will be refunded, except for the amount of the reservation, which, except for the cases provided for in the cancellation conditions and included in the paragraphs above, is not refundable.
- Cancellation requests received between 29 and 15 days before the start date of the module for which the cancellation is requested will be refunded 50% of the amount paid, less the amount corresponding to the reservation of the place.
- Cancellation requests received less than 15 days in advance are non-refundable.
- GREEN LIGHT GO reserves the right to cancel modules. In the event of cancellation of a module by GREEN LIGHT GO, the amounts paid by the participants for the training fee will be refunded in full, including any payment for a reservation of a place. GREEN LIGHT GO will not be liable for any additional costs such as travel expenses, accommodation, etc. incurred by the participants.
- The training cycles provide skills regulated by CTI and ICF. Their full use is essential to obtain qualifications. If a student is absent for more than one hour from a module, the module is considered not to have been completed and it would be necessary to repeat it in order to continue in the series. The corresponding costs must be assumed by the student.
Request to change the dates of a module
Participants may request to register on a date other than the one originally listed. Requests to change dates should be directed by email to their academic advisor.
- Requests for date changes made up to 25 days before the start of the module will incur an additional cost of €150, which must be paid by the interested party.
- Requests for date changes made less than 25 days before the start of the module will incur an additional cost of €250, which must be paid by the interested party.
- The module must be completed within one year of the date initially indicated. Once the year of deferral has elapsed, the payments will be considered as consumed, without the right to reimbursement or compensation.
Transfer of license plates to other countries (“Partner Swaps”)
- Partner Swaps have an additional cost of €500 that must be assumed by the student.
- The training will be managed from GREEN LIGHT GO with another Partner in any country other than Spain. Once the place has been confirmed by the Partner, GREEN LIGHT GO will notify the student for confirmation. Once the confirmation has been received from the student and the corresponding payment has been received from the Partner Swap, the Partner will be in direct communication with the student and will be responsible for carrying out the training. Any additional changes after the place has been assigned will have an additional cost of €500 for the student.
Terms and Conditions for the Co-Active Coaching Certification Program
Booking conditions
Places in the certification program are limited.
Registration for a place will be final after having made the payment to reserve the place or having paid the full amount for the program, and once having received confirmation of this from GREEN LIGHT GO.
If during the registration process for the GREEN LIGHT GO program you notify any issue related to the interested party’s application and you do not receive any news from the interested party within 48 hours of notification, the requested place for the program will be released.
Payments
Hiring the program while the Co-Active Coaching Core Curriculum is being taken is subsidized with up to 8% with a single payment.
The split payment of the program is not subsidized.
Cancellation policy
Requests for cancellation of registrations or refunds must be submitted by email to cticert@greenlightgo.es .
Conditions according to the entry of the cancellation request:
- For cancellation requests received 31 or more days before the start date of the certification program: the amount paid will be refunded, except for the reservation fee.
- For cancellation requests received less than 31 days before the program start date: 50% of the total program price will be refunded.
- For cancellation requests after the start of the program: no refund will be made.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of your written request.
Exam
The certification exam is included in the price.
In case of cancellation and rescheduling of an exam between 30 and 7 days before the exam, a fee of €110 will be applied.
In case of cancellations or date changes 7 days or less before the exam, a fee of €550 will be applied.
If you do not pass the certification exam, the exam fees must be paid again, at an additional cost of € 453.75. The payment of this amount is strictly necessary to be able to schedule the new exam.
If you do not pass the exam, you will receive specific feedback from your examiner in order to correct the deficiencies. In addition, a review of the exam may be requested, which will have an additional cost according to the current rate. If you decide to apply for a new exam, you must do so within one year from the date of the previous exam.
If you do not take the exam within that time frame, you will no longer be eligible to obtain the CPCC credential through CTI. In this case, we will refer you to ICF to apply for and process a credential through that organization.

Terms and Conditions for Embodied Transformation Strozzi Institute
Booking conditions
- Registration for a place will be final once confirmation of this is received from GREEN LIGHT GO.
- The place will be made available again to another potential participant if GREEN LIGHT GO does not receive the corresponding payment within the period indicated in the proposal.
- To formalize the registration for the “Embodied Transformation” program, it is required to pay the total amount of the program or make a reservation payment of €500, which will generally not be refundable (Exception: See “Cancellation Policy” section) and which will be deducted from the remaining amount of the total price of the program.
- If a reservation payment has been made, the remaining amount must be paid no later than 20 days before the start of the program.
Cancellation policy

- For cancellation requests received less than 15 days before the program start date: A cancellation fee of 100% of the payment made will be applied.
- GREEN LIGHT GO reserves the right to cancel modules. In the event of cancellation of a module by GREEN LIGHT GO, the amounts paid by the participants for the training will be refunded in full. GREEN LIGHT GO will not be liable for any additional costs such as travel expenses, accommodation, etc. incurred by the participants.
